Underfoot Client: Item Window lacks bard mods

Description

The Underfoot client does not report any of the bard mods (any of the innate instrument effects) on the items information window.

The bigger problem is that Client::Handle_OP_ItemPreview is completely missing. Apparently older clients didn't use it. - Working on it.

Actually, I may have been wrong. I updated my build to output what PEQ has, and I see they don't have it repaired either. Not sure atm what's needed, but it will probably take some packet sniffing on live to find.
