Pain and suffering

Bug 1:
While raiding VT today, there were 2 visible, untargettable mobs (couldn't click on them, or /tar pain successfully) which when they hit me, were called Pain and suffering.

Bug 2:
Within 15 minutes of passing one of the "Pain and suffering" mobs, I was attacked by mobs from a different floor. Once was after I had been fighting a named mob, so I hadn't moved from the small area I had been in for 10 minutes. I cannot confirm this isn't due to Pain and suffering causing a pet to go off and attack anything, however the mobs were aggroed on my druid, who did not have a pet.
