126	Snared Fleeing monsters should move at all	lewolf		On live, if a mob was snared and was the type of mob to flee, it would not move at all.  I assume this was due to the flee movement speed modifier stacking with the snare movement speed modifier and lowering the mobs total movement speed to 0%.	Bug	closed	Minor		Mechanic	Fixed					0
