Corpse drag consent wiped after zoning

Description

If you consent a character and then that character zones, all consents they had are wiped. Would be nice if they stayed on.

I think this has been fixed.
Created a corpse in Knowledge and consented a puller in guild lobby. Zoned corpse dragger to PoK and he was able to drag without a secondary consent. The consent he had while in the other zone stuck.

If consent is lost after several zones or something else is causing issues, let us know.
