Erudin Palace Tash Coin Missing

Description
I can't seem to find the Tash coin in Erudin Palace. I have tried using Alakazam's location in the description of the quest but It is not on a rock in the fountain between the guild halls at the location it is supposed to be.
Without the coin, Enchanters can't finish the quest and get the Tashina Spell
