I guess a sub-ticket for #148, giving the arrows to the guard

Description

I gave 4 unstacked arrows to the guard (with the quest) and nothing happened. I went and bought 3 more and gave them to him one at a time and got credit and the quiver.

This was repeated by my GF, who was playing with me at the time.

Both this ticket and #148 took place in the Mines of Gloomingdeep.
