Just noticed on Database editor for 
zone- sebilis
mob - Fabled Tolapumj

The droprate for the fabled version of the robe is 50%. According to db 50% of the time normal robe drops. This is inconsistent with the rest of the fabled loot tables (as far as I am aware).
