Description
Rharzar has a single spawn point in the south of rathe mountains but should spawn from any of the drakes in the middle area as indicated by the map in the guide
peqtgc has added it to several drake spawns http://www.projecteq.net/edit/index.php?editor=spawn&z=rathemtn&zoneid=312&npcid=50324
