93	Underfoot bug: Shrink spell effects	uhc		"Problem: Shrink effects do not work on UF client.  For example, Shaman single target shrink, group shrink, potions, and right click items do not cause a player to shrink. 

However, changing races appropriately resizes (skel form causes an effective shrink as part of the new character appearance.)

ToDos: Have someone else load up Underfoot and verify it's got nothing to do with my install of UF or configuration of EQClient .ini files.
