not sure if it's a bug or just not available here but npc doesn't respond-- miner welnik in lavastorm mtns

This quest is from Omens expansion and not implemented on titan.

If there is enough interest in this quest we can consider adding it, but probably will not since it is not in our era.

The spawn should probably be removed.
