Silverwing Band and Scintillating Shard drops from most mobs in Riwwi. The quest line was intended to be Noble's Causeway. Most of the mobs in Noble's Causeway do not have these items on their drop table.

Nexus portal spam in various zones should be reduced in range to only spam character in range of the portal.
Possibly remove the entire timing aspect and just give an item or hail or a mysterious voice to instantly transport.
Nexus portals are Velious era and there are far better options to get to these zones. Most have a pok book.

NPCs set to merchant_id 999999 act as Parcels for players to claim items in game purchased from bazaar website tool.
This means the merchants normal items are no longer available.
Ideally create a new NPC in poknowledge, bazaar and thundercrest with merchant_id 999999 and set Caden and Gaelsori back to their original merchant_id.

According to eqprogression guide: Edwin spawns as part of a NPC spawn cycle inside an inn at the hill giant area of the zone. Edwin's place holders will spawn and despawn on their own every minute or so. Some of them stay up longer, some of them shorter. You don't need to kill any of them. Eventually Edwin will spawn.
I see no quest scripts that would do this and Sir Edwin Motte (50300) is a 7% spawn chance from a normal spawn2 entry.

This probably needs to be scripted to rotate this spawn every few minutes.
Necro 1.0 may be impossible now without killing this spawn which would take faction hits on some of the npcs.

Stained Parchment Top and Bottom are intended to be pickpocketed from npcs in kaladam and neriak. It appears to be far easier to simply kill the NPCs instead.
Probably need to remove the item from loot table on npc death so that it can be pickpocketed but not looted.

Faction quests like batwings currently require turning in one unstacked batwing at a time (3000 times).
Ideally be able to turn in full stacks of items and the quest will handle it properly.

According to eqprogression guide, praklon should spawn at certain time of day and have a fleeing mechanic while it paths around a bit and some emotes.
This is a level 60 mob and may need a group or two in era? It casts Slumber (PBAE Mesmerize, -1000 Magic Resist). Just wait it out if it casts it. It will swim away at both 30% and 70% HP. Let him run when he does. He will regen HP along the way. You will see the following e-motes when he swims away:

If you kill him too fast and don't let the script run he will not drop the Axe. See the map below for his stop points. You can then attack him again when he stops. Kill him and loot
Treanik's Tarnished Axe (60200) dropped. If he is not up, he spawns at 11 PM game time.

This event is not quite live like. The Impervious Bloodbeast should be buffed with a damage shield that can only be broken with the axes. Should also despawn if Lingering Axefall dies.
Needs research and possibly change the quest.
