They are PH for [[NPC(123158, Excavator_Quellin)]]. When Quellin spawns, kill him (1 groupable) to spawn [[NPC(123159, Tarn_Macklin)]](see blue circle) who is also 1 groupable. Loot [[Item(77608, Cracked Dragon Bone)]]. |
