Pre-Farm Steps

• Step 12
  • Loot 2x Gem of the Void from "reaper" or Xi Xaui mobs in Maiden's Eye
  • Loot Chunk of Dense Fungal Padding from an ancient shrieker in The Deep
  • Loot Perfect Acrylia Ore from "trap golems" in The Grey

Step 1 Grimling War

EQTitan - this is like different on the server and has not been reviewed

Step 1 is the most tricky part of the entire epic. Go to Grimling Forest. Head to the town area in the Southeast (Orange Circle on Map). Grimling Forest has a "War" going on where approx. 10 battles take place across the zone. You can do each of these battles individually, and some of them drop Copper Medal of War (4393) dropped, which you'll need for the Beastlord 1.0. These battles seem to be half broken so don't expect to get a Copper Medal of War (4393) dropped right away. You may have to repeat these quests several times.

First, speak to Captain Necin in Grimling Forest, he should offer to take you to a camp. Follow his dialogue and say "ready to go". He will then walk off to one of the 10 camps. Follow him. Upon arrival say "ready to fight" then kill all of the mobs at the camp. You may get a named to spawn (Bloodguard Kavgis in my case). If you do, kill it and you may get Copper Medal of War (4393) dropped. If you don't, don't be surprised. Repeat this process until you get one.

You can also speak to other NPC's in the town and they will take you to various battles as well. I have personally only used Captain Necin in Grimling Forest. It also has been said that it can drop from the trash (not confirmed).

Step 2 Shar Vahl

Find Elder Animist Dumul in The City of Shar Vahl. To find him, you can use "Find" on Elder Animist Sahdi in The City of Shar Vahl who is right next to him. Give Elder Animist Dumul in The City of Shar Vahl Copper Medal of War (4393) dropped to receive Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) and Carved Wooden Chest (17361) (6-slot container).

Step 3 Emeral Jungle

1. Find Scout Vyrak in The Emerald Jungle.
2. Give him Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) to spawn The Spirit of Rage in The Emerald Jungle.
3. Kill it and loot Totem of the Gorilla (9038) dropped.
4. Give Totem of the Gorilla (9038) dropped to Scout Vyrak in The Emerald Jungle to receive Wrapped Gorilla Totem (9039).

Step 4 Permafrost

1. Find Scout Janomin in Permafrost Caverns.
2. Give him Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) to spawn The Icebound Spirit in Permafrost Caverns.
3. Kill it and loot Totem of the Ice Bear (9036) dropped.
4. Give Totem of the Ice Bear (9036) dropped to Scout Janomin in Permafrost Caverns to receive Wrapped Ice Bear Totem (9037).

Step 5 Feerott

1. Find Scout Ahlikal in The Feerrott.
2. Give him Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) to spawn The Spirit of Decay in The Feerrott.
3. Kill it and loot Totem of the Spider (9032) dropped.
4. Give Totem of the Spider (9032) dropped to Scout Ahlikal in The Feerrott to receive Wrapped Spider Totem (9033).

Step 6 Lesser Faydark

1. Find Scout Rahjiq in Lesser Faydark.
2. Give him Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) to spawn The Spirit of Malevolence in Lesser Faydark.
3. Kill it and loot Totem of the Wolf (9034) dropped.
4. Give Totem of the Wolf (9034) dropped to Scout Rahjiq in Lesser Faydark to receive Wrapped Wolf Totem (9035).

Step 7 Stonebrunt

1. Find Scout Malom in Stonebrunt Mountains.
2. Give him Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) to spawn The Spirit of Torment in Stonebrunt Mountains.
3. The Spirit is up above the waterfall, off the map. Levitate helps to climb the wall.
4. Kill it and loot Totem of the Watcher (9040) dropped.
5. Give Totem of the Watcher (9040) dropped to Scout Malom in Stonebrunt Mountains to receive Wrapped Watcher Totem (9041).

Step 8 Swamp of No Hope

1. Find Scout Eyru in Swamp Of No Hope.
2. Give him Official Seal of the Khati Sha (9031) to spawn The Spirit of Sorrow in Swamp Of No Hope.
3. Kill it and loot Totem of the Alligator (9042) dropped.
4. Give Totem of the Alligator (9042) dropped to Scout Eyru in Swamp Of No Hope to receive Wrapped Alligator Totem (9043).

Step 9 Crafting

Combine the following in Carved Wooden Chest (17361) to create Sealed Box of Totems (9044):

• Wrapped Gorilla Totem (9039)
• Wrapped Ice Bear Totem (9037)
• Wrapped Spider Totem (9033)
• Wrapped Wolf Totem (9035)
• Wrapped Watcher Totem (9041)
• Wrapped Alligator Totem (9043)

Give Sealed Box of Totems (9044) to Elder Animist Dumul in The City of Shar Vahl to receive Seal of Elder Dumul (9045).

Step 10 Timorous Deep

1. Give Seal of Elder Dumul (9045) to Scout Sihmoj in Timorous Deep.
2. He will give you Black Silk Sack (17360) (6-slot conatiner).
3. This will also spawn 6 "Images" on the neighboring island to the East.
4. Take a couple groups in era to be safe.
5. Kill them all and loot 6 Shards of Broken Glass (9046) dropped.
6. Combine them in the Black Silk Sack (17360) to create Sack of Broken Glass (9047).
7. Give Sack of Broken Glass (9047) to Scout Sihmoj in Timorous Deep.
8. He will hand it back and despawn.

Step 11 Shar Vahl

1. Give Sack of Broken Glass (9048) to Elder Animist Dumul in The City of Shar Vahl to receive Note for Historian Qua (9049).
2. Find Arms Historian Qua in The City of Shar Vahl (you can use "Find" to locate him).
3. Give him Note for Historian Qua (9049) to receive Qua's Receipt (9050).

4. Find Weapons Master Rahoul in The City of Shar Vahl.
5. Give him Qua's Receipt (9050) to receive Rahoul's Collection Box (17363) (4 slot container).

Step 12 Loot and Craft

Obtain the following 4 items:

• Gem of the Void (9053) dropped x 2- Drops from Xi Xaui or "death" model mobs in Maiden's Eye. They spawn and roam all over the place. Uncommon Drop. Get two.

• Chunk of Dense Fungal Padding (9054) dropped - Drops from an ancient shrieker in The Deep. Uncommon Drop.

• Perfect Acrylia Ore (9052) dropped - Drops from Golems (such as a bolder fiend) that spawn from traps in The Grey. Only trap golems will drop the ore. Uncommon Drop.

• Combine the four items in Rahoul's Collection Box (17363) to create Sealed Collection Box (9051).

Step 13 Shar Vahl

1. Give Sealed Collection Box (9051) to Weapons Master Rahoul in The City of Shar Vahl.
2. Receive two Jagged Claw of Rending (9055).

3. Go back to Elder Animist Dumul in The City of Shar Vahl
4. Give him two Jagged Claw of Rending (9055).
5. He will hand them back and also give you Khati Sha Seal of War (9057) and Acrylia Gilded Box (17362) (4 slot container).

Step 14 Fungus Grove

1. Locate Scout Halmia in Fungus Grove near the Twilight Sea portal zone line.
2. Give her Khati Sha Seal of War (9057).
3. She will hand it back.
4. This will spawn Draz Nurakk in Fungus Grove.

• He is immune to melee, but you can use Jagged Claw of Rending (9056) as bane weapons.
• He is level 55.
• Bring a couple of groups in era to be safe.

4. Kill him and loot Draz Nurakk's Head (9059) dropped.

Step 15 Shar Vahl

1. Combine two Jagged Claw of Rending (9056), Khati Sha Seal of War (9062), and Draz Nurakk's Head (9059) dropped in Acrylia Gilded Box (17362) to create Sealed Gilded Wooden Chest (9060).
2. Give Sealed Gilded Wooden Chest (9060) to Elder Animist Dumul in The City of Shar Vahl to receive your 1.0 Epic Claw of the Savage Spirit (8495) and Claw of the Savage Spirit (8496)!
