You must have completed the Berserker 1.0 Epic to begin this quest. The 1.0 bypass aka 1.5 prequest is not available on EQTitan server.

Step 1 Brewing

1. Skill up Brewing to 125 - minimum skill requirement for Taelosian Tea Extract

Step 2 Collecting Items

Before beginning any quest dialogue collect the following items:

1. 4 x Cragbeast Blood (63832) dropped - Tradable - ​bazaar
   • Drops from Cragbeasts in Gates of Discord zones - rare drop
   • Most seem to be in Kod'Taz, Yxxta, or the Tipt instance
   • This drop will take a long time so be patient
   • Tipt has a mini Cragbeast event that spawns roughly 6 Cragbeasts each run in addition to normal Cragbeast trash spawns - can take around 20 runs to get all 4

2. 4 x Hynid Blood (63831) dropped - Tradable - ​bazaar
   • Drops from Hynids In Gates of Discord zones - uncommon drop
   • Natimbi and Kod'Taz have many spawns or Tipt instance

3. 4 x Shimmering Aligned Ore (58080) dropped - Tradable - ​bazaar
   • Random trash drop - rare drop
   • Best zones to farm this are Kod'Taz, Qvic, and Yxtta

4. 2 x Taelosian Mountain Tea Leaves (58148) dropped - Tradable - ​bazaar
   • Drops in Kod'Taz, Qvic, or Yxtta off trash mobs - uncommon drop

5. 4 x Sacred Water (16245) dropped - No Trade
   • Don't drink them'''
   • Drops off "Valor Armor" graphic mobs in Plane of Valor - uncommon to common drop
   • Valorian Guards and named that look similar
   • 

6. 4 x Taelosian Fern Sample (16949) - No Trade
   • Ground spawns in Kod'Taz (2 locs) and Yxtta (4 locs)
   • Nearby bush can make it difficult to click the ground spawn item - try first person view and movew around

Step 3

Find Galidnus Corkpopper in The Abysmal Sea.

Give Galidnus 2 x Taelosian Mountain Tea Leaves (58148) dropped to receive 4 x Taelosian Mountain Tea (58147). Turn them in one at a time.

Combine Sacred Water (16245) dropped and Taelosian Mountain Tea (58147) in a Brew Barrel to create Taelosian Tea Extract (15781). Combine all 4 this way, you'll need 4 x Taelosian Tea Extract (15781) total. 125 Brewing is required to do the combine.

Step 4

1) Find Keras McArik in Lake of Ill Omen. "Hail" him to receive text:

You say, 'Hail, Keras McArik'

Keras McArik says, 'It is good to see you again, friend. It seems my axe has fared well thus far, aye? Indeed it has. Have you spoken with your guildmaster yet? They will be glad to see that you are well on your path to controlling your rage.'

2) Go to your races hometown. Hail your respective guildmaster to receive Raging Soul Shard (11999). You can use "Find" to locate them, or you can simply Origin and you'll be standing next to them.

• Ogre – Baddi Waca (Oggok)
• Dwarf – Dravel Axesmasher (North Kaladim)
• Vah Shir – Vrasha Piennsa (Shar Vahl)

3) Find Keras McArik in Lake of Ill Omen. Give Keras Raging Soul Shard (11999). He may respond or may give it back. Hail him after you give to him. If he hands it back you're flagged properly. The dialogue here is kind of buggy. I saw this dialogue upon hailing when I was properly flagged:

Step 5

Give Keras McArik in Lake of Ill Omen all of your farmed items (unstacked). You'll receive an emote upon each turnin:

Give him: 4 x Hynid Blood (63831) dropped

Give him: 4 x Cragbeast Blood (63832) dropped

Give him: 4 x Shimmering Aligned Ore (58080) dropped

Give him: 4 x Taelosian Fern Sample (16949)

Give him: 4 x Taelosian Tea Extract (15781)

Once all items are turned in you'll receive Taelosian Tempered Ore (15793), Taelosian Tempered Ore (17319), Taelosian Tempered Ore (17496), and Taelosian Tempered Ore (17589) and receive emote:

Find Baeldarr Hawkeye in Plane of Knowledge (behind blacksmithing building - see map). Give Baeldarr Taelosian Tempered Ore (15793), Taelosian Tempered Ore (17319), Taelosian Tempered Ore (17496), and Taelosian Tempered Ore (17589) to receive emote:

Go to Dranik's Scar. Collect 4 x Darkwood Sapling Branch (17286). They are ground spawns (see map). There are only 3 spawns total that I am aware of - with a 20 minute respawn timer. So you'll have to wait to get your 4th. These are No Drop.

Step 8

Find Baeldarr Hawkeye in Plane of Knowledge. Give Baeldarr 4 x Darkwood Sapling Branch (17286) to receive Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (16779), Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (17370), Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (17759), and Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (17700) and an emote:

Step 9

Go to Old Sebilis with a raid. Head to the juggernaut(see map). Kill mobs in this room until An Ancient Sebilite Protector in Old Sebilis spawns. A Sebilite Guardian in Old Sebilis and A Sebilite Guardian in Old Sebilis spawn also. They are targetable but you cannot attack them until An Ancient Sebilite Protector dies.

You will want to attack An Ancient Sebilite Protector with Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (16779), Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (17370), Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (17759), and [[Item(17700, Trial Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe)]. Eventually each one will give it's own emote after you attack with it for a while. When you get the emote, swap weapons until you get an emote for each weapon. The An Ancient Sebilite Protector must be below 75% HP before you will begin to get emotes. The emotes are:

Once you got all 4 emotes then kill An Ancient Sebilite Protector. You'll get one last emote if you did it right:

You'll end up with these 4 axes:

Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (18976), Broken Trial Taelosian Blood Axe (17833), Damaged Trial Taelosian Blood Axe (17399), and Damaged Trial Taelosian Blood Axe (17898)

Now you can kill off the two A Sebilite Guardian.

Fight Info:

• A Sebilite Guardian heals An Ancient Sebilite Protector

• Casts Curse of the Protector (PBAE, 2500 DD, -1000 Mana Drain/tick, -45 stats, Curse Cure, Disease Based)

• Casts Blurring Focus (NPC Hatelist, -50% Spell Haste, dispel, Chromatic Based)

• Casts Death Shackles (Single Target, 8 sec stun, 300DD, unresistable)

Step 10

Find Keras McArik in Lake of Ill Omen. Give Keras the 4 Axes: Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (18976), Broken Trial Taelosian Blood Axe (17833), Damaged Trial Taelosian Blood Axe (17399), and Damaged Trial Taelosian Blood Axe (17898) to receive Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (18976).

Step 11

Find Teekan Opousbabolaoi in The Abysmal Sea. Give Teekan Raging Soul Shard (11999) and Taelosian Alloy Blood Axe (18976) to receive your Epic 1.5 Raging Taelosian Alloy Axe (18398)!!
