- Casts Blinding Fear (Targeted AE, Blind and Stun - Lasts up to 4 ticks, Unresistable)

- Casts Caustic Atmosphere (PBAE, -25% Spell Haste/Melee Attack Speed, 550 DD, Poison Based)
