Donors Only - If you use Miragul's spirit in Thundercrest Isle or Guild Hall and then go to East Freeport, you can speak with Translocator Setikan at the docks to access Ocean of Tears.

If you have completed Rogue 1.0 quest and somehow lost/deleted Ragebringer, hail Malka Rale in Qeynos Aqueduct System

Step 1 Stained Parchments

Stained Parchment Top and Bottom are intended to be pick pocketed only. It appears you can kill the npcs with no faction hits and loot instead Bug Ticket

1. Find Founy Jestands in North Kaladim
2. Pick Pocket Founy to receive Stained Parchment Top (28010) dropped (or kill and loot)
3. Find Tani N`Mar in Neriak Third Gate
4. Pick Pocket Tani to receive Stained Parchment Bottom (28011) dropped (or kill and loot)
5. Find Anson McBale in highpass, kithicor or highpasshold (highpass not available with some clients)
6. Say "I need to see Stanos" with a Rogue to spawn Stanos Herkanor in Highpass Hold nearby
   • Optional conversation: hail, "tell me your story", "what tools", "clear your name" (last phrase makes Stanos despawn)
7. Give Stanos Stained Parchment Top (28010) dropped and Stained Parchment Bottom (28011) dropped to receive Combined Parchment (28012)

Step 2 Scribbled Parchment

1. Find Eldreth in Lake Rathetear
   • If Eldreth is not spawned say "eldreth" on a Rogue to Cyanelle in Lake Rathetear (Eldreth will spawn a few seconds later)
   • Optional conversation: hail, "that was scary", "stanos sent me", "translate", "I will pay you"
2. Give Eldreth the following to receive Scribbled Parchment (28053) and some faction
   • 100 platinum
   • Bottle of Milk (13087) dropped merchant x 2 (unstacked in separate slots)
   • Combined Parchment (28012)

Step 3 Plane of Hate

1. In Plane of Hate (hateplaneb) loot the ground spawn Book of Souls (28016) on top of a dresser (-331x 172y)
   • You can sneak/hide to it - Shroud of Stealth AA is not required
   • The building is directly across from the Maestro Castle front entrance
2. Find Yendar Starpyre in Steamfont Mountains who paths around the zone (4 hour respawn)
   • Optional conversation: hail, "translate"
3. Give Yendar Scribbled Parchment (28053) to receive Tattered Parchment (28055)
   • Optional conversation: "what key", "book of souls"
4. Give Yendar Book of Souls (28016) and Scribbled Parchment (28053)
   • Yendar despawns and Renux Herkanor in Steamfont Mountains spawns
   • Optional conversation: hail, "stanos" (causes her to attack)
5. Kill Renux and loot Translated Parchment (18961) dropped and Jagged Diamond Dagger (7506) dropped

Step 4 Stanos

1. Find or spawn Stanos Herkanor in nearby similar to Step 1
2. Give Stanos Translated Parchment (18961) dropped to receive Sealed Box (28057)

Step 5 Kithicor

1. Go to Kithicor Forest at night (8pm to 8am in game /time) and find the named dark elves in the cabin ruins as indicated on the map - 2300x 815y (ex: Adjutant D`kan in Kithicor Woods)
2. Give any of the named dark elves Sealed Box (28057) to spawn General V`ghera in Kithicor Woods
   • Optional conversation: "stanos"
3. Kill V`ghera and loot General's Pouch (28013) dropped
   • Cazic Quill (7505) dropped has a chance to drop allowing you to skip Step 6 (four robes) and Step 7 (turning in four robes)

Step 6 Four Robes

The General from Step 5 has a chance to drop Cazic Quill (7505) dropped allowing you to skip steps 6 and 7

Gather four robes:

1. Loot Robe of the Kedge (1253) dropped from any of the following:

• Phinigel Autropos in Kedge Keep 2x 16% drop chance, 12 hour respawn
• Coercer Q`ioul in Kithicor Woods quick respawn but only at night, may not always spawn but higher drop chance
• Advisor C`zatl in Kithicor Woods quick respawn but only at night, may not always spawn but higher drop chance

2. Loot Robe of the Ishva (1357) dropped from any of the following:

• The Ishva Mal in Infected Paw (25% drop rate) or The Fabled Ishva Mal in Infected Paw (100% drop rate) - recommended camp
• Coercer Q`ioul in Kithicor Woods

3. Loot Shining Metallic Robes (1360) dropped from any of the following:

• Yendar Starpyre in Steamfont Mountains - 100% drop rate, no faction hit, higher level, 4 hour respawn
• the ghoul arch magus in Ruins of Old Guk

4. Loot Robe of the Oracle (1354) dropped

• Oracle of K`Arnon in Ocean of Tears - 100% drop rate, 10 min respawn

Step 7 West Karana

The General from Step 5 has a chance to drop Cazic Quill (7505) dropped allowing you to skip steps 6 and 7

1. Find Malka Rale in Qeynos Aqueduct System
   • Optional conversation: hail, "hanns"
2. Tell Malka "help" to receive Stanos' Pouch (28014)
3. Find Vilnius the Small in Western Plains of Karana
   • Optional conversation: hail, "rump" (causes Vilnius to attack), "you", "malka", "delayed"
4. Give Vilnius Stanos' Pouch (28014) to receive a character flag
   • Optional converastion: "job"
5. Give Vilnius the four robes to receive a character flag and Cazic Quill (7505) dropped:
   • Robe of the Kedge (1253) dropped
   • Robe of the Ishva (1357) dropped
   • Shining Metallic Robes (1360) dropped
   • Robe of the Oracle (1354) dropped

Step 8 Weapons Skipped

EQTitan this step can be skipped because Jagged Diamond Dagger (7506) dropped was looted from Renux in Step 3

Step 9 Final Turn In

1. Find or spawn Stanos Herkanor in Highpass Hold similar to Step 1
2. Give Stanos the following items to receive Epic 1.0 Ragebringer (11057):
   • Cazic Quill (7505) dropped
   • General's Pouch (28013) dropped
   • Jagged Diamond Dagger (7506) dropped
