Quest Steps

Step 1 Stained Parchments

Stained Parchment Top and Bottom are intended to be pick pocketed only. It appears you can kill the npcs with no faction hits and loot instead. Bug Ticket.

  1. Find Founy Jestands in North Kaladim.
  2. Pick Pocket Founy to receive Stained Parchment Top (28010) dropped.
  3. Find Tani N`Mar in Neriak Third Gate.
  4. Pick Pocket Tani to receive Stained Parchment Bottom (28011) dropped.
  5. Find ERROR invalid NPC id Anson_McBale. on EQTitan he spawns in kithcor, highpass or highpasshold. (RoF2 client uses highpasshold zone.)
  6. Say "I need to see Stanos" to spawn Stanos Herkanor in nearby.
  7. Give Stanos Stained Parchment Top (28010) dropped and Stained Parchment Bottom (28011) dropped to receive Combined Parchment (28012).

Step 2 Scribbled Parchment

  1. Find Eldreth in Lake Rathetear.
  2. Give Eldreth the following:
    • 100 platinum
    • Bottle of Milk (13087) dropped merchant x2 (unstacked in separate slots)
    • Combined Parchment (28012) to receive Scribbled Parchment (28053).

Step 3 Plane of Hate

  1. Head to Plane of Hate and loot the ground spawn Book of Souls (28016) on top of a dresser. You can sneak/hide to it. SoS is not required. The building it’s in is directly across from the Maestro Castle front entrance.
  2. Find Yendar Starpyre in Steamfont Mountains who paths around the zone.
  3. Give Yendar Book of Souls (28016) and Scribbled Parchment (28053).
  4. Give Yendar Scribbled Parchment (28053) to receive Tattered Parchment (28055).
  5. Yendar despawns and Renux Herkanor in Steamfont Mountains spawns.
  6. Kill Renux and loot Translated Parchment (18961) dropped and Jagged Diamond Dagger (7506) dropped.

Step 4 Stanos

  1. Find or spawn Stanos Herkanor in nearby similar to Step 1.
  2. Give Stanos Translated Parchment (18961) dropped to receive Sealed Box (28057).

Step 5 Kithicor

  1. Go to Kithicor Forest at night (8pm to 8am) and find the Zombies and Dark Elves in the cabin ruins as indicated on the map. 2300x 815y.
  2. Give any of the Dark Elves in the cabin Sealed Box (28057) to spawn General V`ghera in Kithicor Woods.
  3. Kill the General and loot General's Pouch (28013) dropped. Cazic Quill (7505) dropped has a chance to drop. If it does, you can skip | Step 6 (four robes) and Step 7 (turning in four robes).

Step 6 Four Robes

Gather four robes. The General from Step 5 has a chance to drop Cazic Quill (7505) dropped. If so, you can skip this step.

Step 6 A Robe of the Kedge

Robe of the Kedge (1253) dropped from any of the following:

  • Phinigel Autropos in Kedge Keep 2x 16% drop chance, 12 hour respawn.
  • Coercer Q`ioul in Kithicor Woods quick respawn but only at night, may not always spawn but higher drop chance.
  • Advisor C`zatl in Kithicor Woods quick respawn but only at night, may not always spawn but higher drop chance.

Step 6 B Robe of Ishva

Robe of the Ishva (1357) dropped from any of the following:

  • The Ishva Mal in Infected Paw or Fabled version. Fabled has 100% drop rate do not say "go away". Recommended camp.
  • Coercer Q`ioul in Kithicor Woods.

Step 6 C Shining Metallic Robe

Shining Metallic Robes (1360) dropped

Step 6 D Robe of the Oracle

Robe of the Oracle (1354) dropped

Step 7 West Karana

The General from Step 5 has a chance to drop Cazic Quill (7505) dropped. If so, you can skip this step.

  1. Find Vilnius the Small in Western Plains of Karana. He is a Barbarian on a small hill that spawns at night. a brigand takes his place during the day. You do not need to kill the brigand. It will despawn at night and Vilnius the Small will take his place a few (in game) hours later.
  2. Give Vilnius the four robes:

EQTitan this step can be stepped because Jagged Diamond Dagger (7506) dropped was looted from Renux in Step 3.

  1. Find or spawn Stanos Herkanor in nearby similar to Step 1.
  2. Give Stanos the following items:
