= Summary =

The Shaman Epic should be done in a linear fashion because progression is based entirely on Truespirit faction. In order to progress, you'll need an increasing amount of faction up until you reach the final turn-in, where you'll need Ally.

== Step 1 Tiny Gem == #Step1

1. Spawn a lesser spirit by killing **one** of the following NPCs:

* [[NPC(50058, Blinde the cutpurse)]]
2. Say "I wish to know more" to the lesser spirit to receive [[Item(1665, tiny gem)]].

== Step 2 Opaque Gem == #Step2

1. Find [[NPC(8003, Bondl Felligan, West Freeport)]]. He is behind a fake wall out in the field area.
2. Give Bondl [[Item(1665, tiny gem)]]. [[CharGlobal("epic_1.0_bondle")]] [[CharGlobal("epic_1.0_tiny_gem")]]
3. Bondl will start walking towards North Freeport.  Follow him into North Freeport zone.
4. In North Freeport, Bondl will continue to walk to the basement of The Jade Tiger's Den.
5. Two [[NPC(8117, a greater spirit)]] will spawn.
6. Say "heyoka" to either spirit to receive [[Item(1666, opaque gem)]].  Multiple Shaman can do this step at once.
7. Say "I will walk the path" to either spirit for a little experience and to despawn the spirits.

== Step 3 Small Gem == #Step3

** Make sure you have some form of Enduring Breath for this step. **

1. Find [[NPC(98009, Ooglyn)]].
2. Give Ooglyn [[Item(1666, opaque gem)]].
3. Ooglyn will walk into the water and swim away.  Follow.
4. When Ooglyn says "Ok, here is place for you to for waiting. Hab fun shaman!".  Stay there.
5. Ooglyn will swim away from you and after a few minutes several NPCs will spawn and say things.
6. You do not need to follow or talk to any of the NPCs, just wait patiently.  Possibly up to 20 minutes of just waiting.
7. Eventually, [[NPC(98052, a greater spirit)]] will spawn out in the water.
8. Say "next path" to the spirit to receive [[Item(1667, Small Gem)]]. At this point, multiple shamen can not do this part at the same time.  
   The quest de-pops the mob, and the next shaman needs to wait for Ooglyn to re-spawn.  Do not hand in multiple Opaque gems to Ooglyn.

2. Kill [[NPC(50053, glaron the wicket)]] and loot both [[Item(1677, envy)]] and [[Item(1676, woe)]].

3. Give the spirit the following three items:

4. Say "last path" to receive [[Item(1668, sparkling gem)]].

1. Find [[NPC(94052, spirit sentinel)]].  There are two Spirit Sentinels in zone.  The one for this step is at 283x 1235y.  This spirit will respond to "I will continue what I have started" if you're not sure.

== step 10 City of Mist Ghiosk == #Step10

Having a pick lock class to open the door is useful, or you can get  Stone Key from Captain of the Guard.

1. Spawn [[NPC(90180, lord ghiosk)]] by killing [[NPC(90006, a black reaver)]] behind a locked door in the throne room.  Pick lock to open the door or loot a [[Item(12961, Stone key)]] from [[NPC(90107, captain of the guard)]]. On death, 10% chance to spawn Ghiosk or another black reaver.  The chain may spawn many black reavers in a row.
2. Kill Ghisok and loot the following **three** items:
* [[Item(18457, Crusades of the High Scale)]]
* [[Item(18458, head housekeepers log)]]
* [[Item(18456, historic article)]]

3. Find the other [[NPC(94141, spirit sentinel)]] near the lake on the North side of the zone. **Under water**.  This sentinel responds to "is lost" to double check.
4. Give the under water sentinel the following three items:

* [[Item(18458, head housekeepers log)]]

== Step 13 High Scale Kirn == #Step13

1. Locate [[NPC(39161, high scale kirn)]].
2. Give Kirn [[Item(1671, Icon of the High Scale)]].
3. Kirn will attack. Kill and loot [[Item(1681, engraved ring)]]. A level 60 group should be able to handle him with ease.

== Step 14 Neh'Ashirr == #Step14

1. Spawn [[NPC(90184, neh ashiir)]] (non-aggro) by killing [[NPC(90005, a black reaver)]] in the hut on the last floating island.  Pick lock required to get there.  Levetation recommended to avoid the hole trap.  10% chance to spawn Neh'Ashiir on death of a black reaver. The chain may spawn many black reavers in a row.
2. Give non-aggro Neh'Ashiir [[Item(1681, engraved ring)]]. Neh'Ashiir will become aggro.
3. Kill Neh'Ashiir (after turning in ring) and loot [[Item(18459, neh ashiirs diary)]].
4. Optionally loot [[Item(20886, key of torsis)]] to unlock the City of Mist elevator.  Pick lock works too.

== Step 17 Rak'Ashiir == #Step17

1. Spawn [[NPC(90174, lord rak ashiir)]] (non-aggro) by killing [[NPC(90191, black reaver)]].  This black reaver spawns in the room at the top of the elevator (319x -2y). 10% chance to spawn Rak on death of black reaver. **Must kill all black reavers in the room.**
2. Give Rak [[Item(1673, childs tear)]].  Rak will become aggro and attack.
3. Kill Rak (after turning in childs tear) and loot [[Item(1674, iksar tear)]].
