    160 1. Go to Dreadlands and find the giant fort. To your left will be a giant thats standing on top of a hut. This the PH for [[NPC(86144, a mountain giant patriarch)]]. Kill that giant until the patriarch spawns. 
     1601. Go to Dreadlands and kill mountain giants (brae, craig, steep) until [[NPC(86144, mountain giant patriarch)]] spawns. Every giant death has a 30% chance to spawn the patriarch after 40 giants have been killed. 
    1611612. Kill the patriarch and loot [[Item(20678, Giant Sized Monocle)]].
