2. Kill a goblin wizard to loot [[Item(10549, Heart of Frost)]]. It is a fairly common drop. There are multiple wizards you can camp in the zone.
3. While you're here, you can grab a [[Item(20665, Block of Permafrost)]] from the ice giant area. You'll need it later in the quest (See Part 2 - there are two options).
