Step 1 Talwyn

1. Find Talwyn Flamecaller in Lavastorm Mountains.
2. Say "agree".

Step 2 Girplan Guardian

1. Find 300037, girplan guardian?. Bring a raid.

• Hits 2200+
• Substantial HP
• Casts Curse of Misfortune (PBAE, Decrease melee damage by 50%, Magic Based)
• Casts Cloud of Attrition (NPC Hatelist, -50% Spell Haste, Chromatic Based)
• Casts Dissipation of Power (PBAE, 450 DoT Poison DoT)

2. Kill the Guardian and loot Fluxing Staff (11445) dropped.

Step 3 Elite Sun Revenant

1. Go to Scarlet Desert with a raid and go near the Pot at the top of the revenant mesa.
2. Say "I have come for your gem" to spawn Elite Sun Revenant in The Scarlet Desert to the South East.
3. Kill Elite Sun Revenant and loot Fluxing Gem (11448) dropped.

• Hits 1700+
• Casts Wizard damaging nukes
• Casts Greater Sand Curse of Knowledge (PBAE, -50% Spell haste, -1000/tick Mana DoT, Unresistable)
• Casts Greater Sand Curse of Life (PBAE, -1000 HP/Tick DoT, -500 attack, Prismatic Based)
• Casts Torment of Body (NPC Hatelist, -3000 DD, -300 HP/Tick, -25% Accuracy, -100 Casting Level, Prismatic Based)

Step 4 Hobgoblin Horrorfiend

1. Find Hobgoblin Horrorfiend in Plane of Nightmare.
2. Kill the horrorfiend and loot Fluxing Rune (11474) dropped.

• Hits 1100+
• Casts Flames of the Fiend (PBAE, 2500 DD, Chromatic Based)
• Casts other minor spells

Step 5 Ruined City of Dranik

1. Go to The Ruined City of Dranik and loot ground spawn Fluxing Chunk of Ore (11576).

Step 6 Talwyn

1. Return to Talwyn Flamecaller in Lavastorm Mountains.
2. Give Talwyn the following items

• Fluxing Staff (11445) dropped
• Fluxing Gem (11448) dropped
• Fluxing Rune (11474) dropped
• Fluxing Chunk of Ore (11576)

to receive Staff of Fluxing Power (11596).

Step 7 Solusek C

1. Go to Cavern of Exile (SolusekC) with a group or two.
2. Go to the Purple Circle on the map.
3. Clear all the mobs on these two rooms.
4. Shortly after a ring event will start. Two waves of mobs will spawn. Wave 1 is four mobs. Wave 2 is two mobs.
5. The 3rd wave is the boss Pure Flame Elemental. This NPC will only spawn if a Wizard is in zone on this step of the quest needing the item.
6. Kill it and loot Wisp of Pure Flame (11619) dropped.

Step 8 Talwyn

1. Return to Talwyn Flamecaller in Lavastorm Mountains.
2. Give Talwyn Wisp of Pure Flame (11619) dropped. He will return it.

Step 9 Sirens Grotto

1. Find Mistress of the Darkwater in Sirens Grotto.
2. Kill the Mistress and loot Shard of Pure Ice (11599) dropped.

• Hits 700+
• Casts Drowning Panic (PBAE, -15% Melee Haste, Small DoT, Disease Based)

Step 10 Talwyn

1. Return to Talwyn Flamecaller in Lavastorm Mountains.
2. Give Talwyn Shard of Pure Ice (11599) dropped. He will return it.

Step 11 Kalym

TODO stopped here

Go to Plane of Tranquility and locate Kalym Rasalan (-300, -1150). "Hail" him to receive Silken Tapestry.

Step 12

Get Tailoring to 125: ​Tailoring Guide

Step 13

Tailoring Combines:

1) Combine 2x Spiderling Silk to create Silk Thread. Do this 3 times so you have 3 Silk Thread.

2) Combine 3x Silk Thread to create Silk Cord.

3) Buy a Backpack Pattern (Higwyn Matrick in Plane of Knowledge - Use Find)

4) Combine Backpack Pattern, Silk Cord, Silken Tapestry to create Silken Tapestry Satchel (8-slot container).

Step 14

Go to back Lavastorm Mountains and locate Talwyn Flamecaller (+2180, -1040). Give him Silken Tapestry Satchel (8-slot container). He will hand it back and emote:

1) Cohesion Gem - Kill mobs in Plane of Innovation. This is a random zone-wide drop. Uncommon Drop.

2) Prismatic Crystal - Twilight Sea - Ground spawn (+4270, +1340)

3) Prismatic Crystal - Veksar - Ground spawn - Has a couple different spawn locations.

4) Prismatic Crystal - Dulak's Harbor - Drops from Treasure Sorter Neiben. His PH is a shady treasure sorter mobs. 15.5 minute respawn. Always drops.

5) Prismatic Crystal - Timorous Deep - Ground spawn (+5615, -4225)

Step 16

Combine the following into Silken Tapestry Satchel (8-slot container) to create Full Tapestry Satchel.

Go to back Lavastorm Mountains and locate Talwyn Flamecaller (+2180, -1040). Give him Full Tapestry Satchel to receive your 1.5 Epic: Staff of Prismatic Power!
