== Step 1 == #Step1

Go to Lavastorm Mountains and locate Talwyn Flamecaller (+2180, -1040).

"Hail" him to receive emote:

Go to Muramite Proving Grounds with a raid and locate Lightningcaller Vhalek. Kill it and loot

- Flurries

- Immune to slow

- Casts Defiance of the Lightningcaller (NPC Hatelist, -750 Mana/Tick, -750 Attack, -225 AC, -25 Casting level, Fire Based, Curse Cure)

- Casts Cursed Touch of the Lightningcaller (NPC Hatelist, -35% Skill Damage, 4200 DD, Fire Based, Curse Cure)

- Casts Bone Strike (Single Target, 4000 DD + 6 second stun, Disease Based)

Go to Dreadlands to the Spire Area. Levitate to the top of the largest Northwest Spire (see map). At the top you'll see 5 glowing ground-spawns. Click on one to open a "Spacial Distortion" container. Go to Mons Letalis Wizard Spires. You'll need to go into the caves in the center of the zone in order to get up the tower. Levitate to the top of the Northwest Spire (see map). At the top you'll see 4 glowing ground-spawns. Click on one to open a "Spacial Distortion" container.
